Shipping & Returns
Manufacturing time, shipping costs & pick-up
Beautiful things take time, so we don't deliver within 24 hours — but we are happy to put in an evening shift if it is particularly urgent.
- Shipping to a Swiss address only. Ordered products are shipped via B-Post within one working week when in stock.
- Flat rate shipping and packaging fee: CHF 10.00 per order, unless shipping is waived for a promotion.
- Customer account holders: free delivery within Switzerland for orders with a goods value of CHF 100 or more. Under that amount, CHF 10.00 postage and packaging applies.
- Orders without a customer account: advance payment. Shipping after payment is received.
- Collection: you can collect your order from our studio in Dietlikon (Loorenstrasse 5B). Choose “Collect” at check-out and we will tell you when it is ready.
Returns & exchanges
Customer satisfaction matters. If you are not happy with your order, you can return it under the conditions below.
- You may cancel and return within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.
- Items must be unused and returned in the original packaging.
- The customer pays the return shipping costs.
- Notices of defects or complaints about incorrect delivery must also be made within 14 days of the dispatch date — email info@loveubaby.ch or write to Love u Baby, Loorenstrasse 5B, 8305 Dietlikon.

- Love u Baby is not liable for damage caused by improper use or natural wear and tear.
