General
Can I order a cover for my nursing pillow?
Yes, we make custom covers of all kinds. With nursing pillows, however, it is necessary for the existing cover to be delivered for measurement.
I live nearby — can I pick up my order?
Of course. You can collect your order from our studio in Dietlikon (Loorenstrasse 5B). Select “Collect” at check-out and we will inform you when your order is ready for collection.
Colors look different on phones and computers — how can I be sure I get the right colour?
Colour deviation on screens is unfortunately a fact. To be sure, request small colour samples. We send them free of charge by letter post.
Where is your studio?
Love u Baby, Loorenstrasse 5B, 8305 Dietlikon. You are welcome for advice by appointment — contact us via the contact form, email, or phone.
Orders, shipping & returns
How long does production and shipping take?
Handmade items take time — we do not ship within 24 hours. In-stock items are usually shipped via B-Post within one working week. If something is not in stock, we will tell you the estimated lead time.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping within Switzerland is a flat CHF 10.00 per order (unless waived for a promotion). Registered customer account holders get free shipping from a goods value of CHF 100.
Do you ship outside Switzerland?
No. We currently ship only to Swiss addresses (or you can collect in Dietlikon).
How do I pay as a guest vs with a customer account?
Without a customer account, advance payment applies — we email payment details and ship after payment is received. With a customer account you normally receive a 30-day invoice.
How do returns work?
You may return unused goods in original packaging within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Send returns to Love u Baby, Loorenstrasse 5B, 8305 Dietlikon, or contact info@loveubaby.ch first.
Products & personalisation
Can you embroider name, date of birth, or a short message?
Yes. Embroidery is made personally by Brigitte. Name and date of birth are popular for baby gifts; other Love u Baby products can also be embroidered for occasions such as weddings or birthdays.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes. Love u Baby gift packaging is made with care. On request we can also pack and send your order directly to the recipient.
Can I get colour advice or samples?
Yes. You can visit the studio in Dietlikon for colour advice, or request free small colour samples by letter post.
Gift cards & account
How do digital gift cards work?
Digital gift cards are emailed to the recipient after we receive your payment. Nothing is shipped. The recipient can redeem the code when signed in with the assigned email, or as a guest if the checkout email matches.
Why create a customer account?
Registered customers get a 30-day invoice, free shipping from CHF 100, saved addresses for next time, and access to order history and vouchers in the account area.
Are prices including VAT?
As a small company, Love u Baby is not subject to VAT. Shop prices are in Swiss francs (CHF).
